The bad and cheap teddy bear swept the world with two popular films, which gave birth to such a divine idea: adawarp Japan's new creation company developed a remote-control teddy bear doll. Adawarp version of teddy bear is very interesting, just wear VR Glasses you can control it remotely. Turn your head, and the teddy bear's head will turn; shake the Xbox Handle, teddy bear's hand will wave. You can even see its environment through its eyes, just like you become a bear doll in someone's house.
The idea is based on a romantic need: the founder of adawarp company, Angu Wulong Shu, was unable to communicate well with his long-distance girlfriend, so he developed such a device to experience a new way of communication with her as a teddy bear. A microphone and a loudspeaker are also built into the doll, so that the two can chat easily.
Although the invention doesn't seem to be very practical, MIT researchers highly evaluate it as a new way to explore the interaction between people and robots, so that people have a better and more intuitive remote control over robots.
